Jon Gordon is a partner at Tricorner Group and a board member at Elevos, Sunbelt International and CWI. He has over 30 years of experience in investment banking and private equity, with both large and middle-market companies. During 15 years as a lower middle-market independent sponsor focused on companies in business and technology services, Jon has completed 11 acquisition transactions, of which 6 were platforms and 5 were add-ons. Earlier in his career, Jon was a Managing Director in the Financial Sponsors and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups at Lehman Brothers and was previously a Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions Department at Credit Suisse First Boston where he advised clients in the industrial, consumer products, business services, and retail and education industries.

Mr. Gordon is a graduate of Harvard College where he received an A.B. magna cum laude and has an MBA with distinction from the Harvard Business School.
